Since Elggzone is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds once theme purchase is made.
Warranty

We do not guarantee that themes will work in all browsers, nor do we guarantee that our themes will be functional with all versions of Elgg. Elggzone does not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins, scripts, or applications.
Member
When you buy a theme here at Elggzone, you get automatically a lifetime membership. All future updates for your purchase is free. However, we do not warrant that the themes will be updated.
Versioning
We uses a date versioning scheme for our themes, which uses the year followed by the month followed by the day of the release; for example, “2011.08.27″.
License
All of our theme packages are released under the GNU Public License version 2.0.
Modifications
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your specific needs.
Photos Copyright Info
In the demonstration section where you can get a live preview you will see several photos. These photos serve as examples only and are not included in the themes.
Images included in our theme packages are for demonstration purposes only and are used to provide the buyer with a functional example of how the theme would look when content has been added. You are responsible for adding your own pictures. Pictures included in theme packages are Copyright Elggzone – perjensen-online.dk. These images may not be copied or redistributed in any way.
Entire agreement
These terms and conditions, together with Elggzone’s Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Elggzone in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
